 Account Executive 

We are searching for Account Managers/Reps that have enterprise level software solutions sales experience in the Supply Chain to assist us in our efforts to increase and support our client base. You must have supply chain sales experience to apply for this role. Companies we like to see CV's from are e2open, demandtek, JDA, SAP, Oracle, Manugistics, and i2. A background in Semi-Conductors is preferred as well.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 
Develops customer account strategies and tactical penetration plans.Develops new customer relationships. 
Develops compelling value propositions based on ROI cost/benefit analysis. 
Executes against the major steps of the sales process: 
Find new business opportunitiesQualify new opportunities, andClose new business. 
Serves as a focal point for customer services issue escalation. 
Manages closure on customer support issue.Sells against annual revenue targets for software licenses and services. 
Maintains high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty with customers.Manages to detail regarding the customer account contact management information through the entire sales lifecycle process.

Skills

Experience and success in selling high value, long lead time enterprise solutions software ($500K and above and 6-12 months in duration for individual transactions).· 
Experience and success selling implementation consulting services ($200K and above).· Proven sales quota attainment track record.· Proven new business development skills.· 
Outstanding presentation, facilitation, communication and negotiation skills.· 
Outstanding customer-focused Account Management skills.· 
Demonstrated sales track record with Semiconductor customers (8-10 years experience and above) is preferred. 
Understanding of broad competitive solution footprints for the Supply Chain information systems marketplace is preferred.· 
Demonstrated relationships with Supply Chain Industry system integrators.· 
High comfort level and presence with senior executives.· 
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
