Sales Account Exec/Sr Account Exec

Our Client is looking for Account Executives to join our rapidly growing San Francisco office! The ideal candidate will have proven experience in prospecting, acquiring and managing agency and direct advertiser relationships within the northwest region. This role requires a highly self motivated individual, ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to evangelize Company and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generate a high volume of sales related activity including cold calls, presentations, proposals and meetings. Must consistently meet or exceed revenue quota assignment.
- Aggressively prospect and generate new relationships with top agency partners and direct advertisers.
- Sell across a vast array of products and services including CPM/CPC display advertising, performance-based CPA, lead generation, video pre-roll and social media.
- Proactively manage advertiser relationships from initial contact, through negotiation, campaign completion and renewals.
- Responsible for up-sell opportunities, recruiting new business and drive existing revenue.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- 4 year university degree.
- 2-4+ years experience in buying & selling digital online media.
- Existing rolodex of agency and advertiser relationships.
- Must have a strong work ethic and be a self starter, detail oriented, and a team player.
- Requires ability to prospect and cold call to build pipeline of new business.
- Excellent presentation, phone and written communication skills.
- Must be comfortable leading meetings and addressing groups.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
- Ability to network and attend industry events.
- Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook, Sugar CRM, DART and Atlas.
- Proven ability in business development and or marketing experience with an online company.
- Passion and excitement for selling digital advertising!
