Jim Fisher, Principal

Jim brings over 20 years of experience as an Executive in sales and business development roles to Gaspar Partners. He has built and managed numerous sales teams for companies such as Oracle, Informix, Linuxcare, Facetime Communications and Saba Software. His experience in building and managing successful teams gives him great insight to bringing the perfect candidate to the table for his clients. Mr. Fisher graduated from the University of Iowa where he studied Computer Science and Business Administration. He also was a tutor for Fortran, Assembly and Pascal languages. As a member of Beta Theta Pi, Jim served as the rush chairman. Besides recruiting great talent, the things that make Jim tick are his wife and two daughters, offshore sailboat racing, Golfing at the Olympic club and doing a few swims from Alcatraz.

Amy Plumb, Principal

Amy brings over 15 years of sales and marketing experience to Gaspar Partners. She has worked for luminary companies such as ATG, Interworld, Autonomy, 2Bridge Software and Determine Software. Her experience in demand generation and sales process bring a key differentiation to the clients she works with. Ms. Plumb received a B.A degree in sociology from San Francisco State University and was a member of Alpha Phi Sorority. She financed her tuition by working numerous jobs in addition to her heavy class schedule. Amy's interests are Gourmet Cooking, Photography, Golf, Travel and Family.
